The programme combines psychological support, self-knowledge, career navigation, soft-skills development, teamwork and development of an individual education and career trajectory. Activities include career and labour-market exploration, a Career Fair, communication and public-speaking practice, critical thinking, financial literacy, decision-making and social-project work. Groups are offered in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi and Uzhhorod as well as online.
