Genius Match announced the commercial availability of Geni, an AI hiring intelligence platform designed to help organizations manage growing applicant volume, identify authentic candidates, and make better hiring decisions. Geni combines adaptive assessments, candidate authenticity signals, identity verification, and recruiter decision support in one platform.

Built from almost 20 years of Genius Match experience recruiting and placing technical talent, Geni originated from challenges the company encountered firsthand: rapidly increasing applicant volume, AI-assisted applications, growing concerns about candidate authenticity, and giving every qualified candidate meaningful consideration. Genius Match already uses Geni in its own hiring.
