Eligibility requirements
Mid-level professionals with at least five years of relevant renewable-energy work experience; at least age 18; English at minimum IELTS 5.5 with interview evaluation; basic computing and arithmetic; current-employer endorsement; not currently serving in the military; no Manaaki New Zealand scholarship cancelled in the prior five years; generally resident in the country of citizenship for the prior two years, subject to the stated diplomatic exception.
