Gestionnaire technique & Construction QC

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gestionnaire technique & Construction QC based in Canada. This leadership role is responsible for planning, preparing, and executing construction and commissioning activities across major energy and infrastructure projects in Quebec. You will provide operational leadership to site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within agreed budgets. The position requires strong field presence and close collaboration with major customers, contractors, project teams, and regional stakeholders. You will oversee workforce planning, site readiness, construction execution, logistics, quality, cost control, and performance across multiple active sites. The role is particularly suited to an experienced construction leader comfortable operating in remote and demanding environments, including northern and winter conditions. You will also serve as a trusted customer-facing representative, helping resolve complex issues and strengthen project execution. Success requires a combination of technical expertise, operational discipline, financial awareness, and strong people leadership.
