Provider: Georgia Home Education Association (GHEA) In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a Georgia resident who completes an eligible Home Study program in accordance with the requirements of Georgia’s home study statute (O.C.G.A § 20-2-690(c)) and be either a college sophomore or incoming freshman. Applicants must also meet the below eligibility requirements.
