Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Case Manager based in the United States. The Global Case Manager will oversee end-to-end global immigration matters for enterprise clients, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely outcomes across multiple jurisdictions. This role manages a high-volume caseload covering work permits, business travel, renewals, and permanent residency, with accountability for contractual service-level agreements and key performance indicators. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with client HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Legal teams while coordinating external immigration partners and vendors. You will provide eligibility assessments, case strategies, and realistic timelines while navigating changing immigration regulations across international markets. The position also offers the opportunity to improve operational workflows, strengthen documentation practices, and introduce automation to increase efficiency. This is a remote opportunity for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, globally connected environment and wants to help build and scale an evolving immigration practice.
Manage global immigration cases from initiation through completion across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with contractual service-level agreements and agreed deadlines. Assess eligibility, develop case strategies, and communicate realistic processing timelines and requirements to clients and assignees. Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Legal teams, providing clear updates and resolving escalations. Coordinate external immigration network partners and service providers, monitoring their performance and ensuring adherence to established timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes across assigned jurisdictions and translate relevant developments into practical guidance for clients. Maintain accurate case records, documentation, milestones, and status updates within the designated case management platform to support compliance, transparency, and audit readiness. Manage competing priorities across a high-volume portfolio, proactively identifying risks, addressing delays, and keeping stakeholders informed of case progress. Identify and implement improvements to workflows, templates, and operational processes, including automation opportunities that reduce processing times and improve service delivery. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of global immigration operations, helping establish scalable processes and consistent service standards. Requirements: At least 5 years of corporate immigration experience outside the United States, gained at an immigration law firm, service provider, or within an in-house corporate function. Hands-on experience managing immigration cases across multiple jurisdictions, including work permits and permanent residence applications. Proven ability to deliver against service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within high-volume enterprise immigration programs. Experience coordinating and managing external immigration network partners, vendors, or service providers. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Legal teams, including under escalation pressure. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage concurrent cases, complex documentation requirements, and competing deadlines accurately. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a changing regulatory environment with evolving priorities. A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset and an interest in building scalable processes rather than relying exclusively on established procedures. In-depth knowledge of major enterprise immigration markets, such as the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, India, Singapore, or Australia, is an advantage. Experience working on both the immigration service-provider and in-house global mobility sides is considered a plus. Familiarity with business traveler compliance, permit-expiry tracking programs, or the intersection of U.S. immigration with global assignments is beneficial. Additional language skills are an advantage. Benefits: Estimated base salary of $80,000–$110,000 per year . Equity offering as part of the compensation package. Full-time, remote work arrangement within the United States. Opportunity to contribute to the development and expansion of a global immigration practice. Exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional immigration matters and enterprise-level client relationships. Opportunity to influence operational processes, improve service delivery, and support the adoption of automation in immigration case management.
