• Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations. • Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables. • Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups. • Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required. • Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets. • May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project. • May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Foundational proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and graphic/visualization tools such as Adobe Creative Suite; exposure to BIM workflows is advantageous.
  • Understanding of architectural principles, building systems, construction materials, and design coordination workflows.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks under guidance and contribute to technical accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • A proactive learner with curiosity and enthusiasm for developing both technical and design capabilities.
  • Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024, to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
  • Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.2 and above.
  • If you hold a Master’s Degree, it should have started within 12 months of completing your Bachelor’s Degree to ensure continuous education and meet program requirements.
  • Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program and are encouraged to apply for our professional-level roles instead.

  • Mobilization & visa processing: August - September
  • Start Date: August - October
  • Program Orientation: October 2026 (This includes an induction and meet-and-greet for the entire graduate cohort from all our offices in the ME)
