Overview
The Gross Foundation programme at Ben-Gurion University offers a NIS 10,000 annual scholarship to eligible students recently discharged from compulsory military service, together with a structured community-engagement programme.

Registration is open through 4 November 2026, subject to programme capacity. The scholarship is NIS 10,000 per year. Participants complete 80 hours of community activity, about 50 hours across four seminars, group/coordinator meetings and the year-end ceremony. Selection is based on the foundation's criteria and a personal interview.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be students discharged from compulsory service within the previous five years who have used more than NIS 8,000 from their personal military deposit. Final acceptance is subject to the foundation's approval and programme requirements.
