Establish and monitor service-level criteria to ensure product performance consistently meets or exceeds client expectations and relevant market benchmarks. Lead key projects and product initiatives, assessing proposed enhancements and developments for business impact, effectiveness, feasibility, and implementation requirements. Conduct market research to understand technology trends, target customer segments, competitive developments, and the needs of key clients. Provide product expertise and support to internal business partners throughout the sales cycle, helping develop client solutions, business cases, requirements documentation, product materials, and communications. Contribute to strategic planning, annual business plans, and business cases for initiatives supporting commercial banking clients. Communicate product strategies, project updates, and business recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the organization. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in Virtual Account Management and liquidity products, with experience in liquidity-related products particularly desirable. Strong knowledge of strategic planning, product management, and end-to-end project delivery. Understanding of banking networks, financial services operations, and the considerations involved in delivering banking products. A product-owner mindset, with the ability to take responsibility for the customer experience and identify opportunities to improve product value and usability. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including the ability to draw actionable conclusions from business and market information. Experience building financial models and conducting or interpreting credit risk analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop clear presentations and communicate complex information effectively. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including the ability to build productive relationships across teams and business functions. Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while balancing commercial goals, client needs, and risk considerations. A digitally minded and innovative approach, with an interest in emerging technologies and continuous product improvement. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain product strategies and recommendations to large stakeholder groups. Legal eligibility to work in the specified Canadian location. Any applicable work or study permit requirements must be met. Benefits: Competitive compensation: Competitive salary and incentive pay. The specific salary range is not disclosed in the original posting. Banking benefits: Employee banking benefits and access to a benefits program, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions.
