Growth & Marketing Intern / New Grad

ABOUT THE ROLE Join the growth team at an early-stage AI recruiting technology company. You will help build repeatable marketing programs that connect recruiting insights with demand, using experiments and measurable outcomes to improve performance across channels. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events, and track their impact.
• Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, measure results, and iterate on campaigns.
• Plan and optimize cold email programs, including deliverability practices such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Create and distribute blogs, emails, social content, testimonials, case studies, and product stories that align with the brand.
• Research SEO topics and improve on-page content and internal linking.
• Build marketing partnerships and organize online and in-person events. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Zero to three years of experience, with recent, substantive growth or marketing work at a startup or early-stage company.
• Experience owning growth or marketing programs and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong content creation and brand judgment across written and social formats.
• Familiarity with outbound email deliverability, paid acquisition, SEO, partnerships, and events.
• A test-and-learn approach, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Recruiting, HR technology, or AI talent industry experience is relevant. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
