ABOUT THE ROLE Join the growth function of an AI recruiting technology company and help build repeatable marketing programs that connect recruiting insights with demand. This hands-on role spans multiple channels and focuses on testing, learning, and delivering measurable outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.
- Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, track performance metrics, and improve programs based on results.
- Plan and optimize cold email campaigns, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Create and distribute blogs, email, social content, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
- Develop SEO through topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
- Build marketing partnerships and organize online and in-person events. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Zero to three years of relevant experience, with recent, substantive growth or marketing work.
- Experience owning programs across multiple marketing channels and delivering measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with cold email deliverability, SEO, and paid acquisition channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, or Google.
- Strong content creation skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Experience organizing events and managing marketing partnerships.
- Comfort working with ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Recruitment, HR technology, or AI talent industry experience is beneficial. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
