The Growth Marketing Specialist will drive demand generation and pipeline growth by turning marketing strategies into high-quality, measurable campaigns across multiple channels. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to manage programs from planning and execution through performance analysis and optimization, with increasing ownership and limited supervision. You will work across email marketing, content, social media, events, sales enablement, and marketing automation to reach the right audiences and generate qualified leads. Using HubSpot and performance data, you will improve campaign effectiveness, strengthen marketing operations, and create scalable processes. Close collaboration with Sales and other stakeholders will be essential to ensuring timely execution and meaningful business impact. This fully remote contractor opportunity is ideal for an organized, proactive B2B marketer looking to grow their expertise in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns: Manage multichannel B2B campaigns across email, content, social media, events, and other channels, coordinating activities from initial planning through launch and post-campaign analysis. Coordinate campaign delivery: Translate marketing strategies into actionable timelines, task lists, creative briefs, asset requirements, audience segments, and launch plans while managing stakeholder dependencies and deadlines. Monitor and optimize performance: Track engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution; identify performance trends and recommend practical improvements and experiments. Manage email marketing and HubSpot: Build and maintain marketing emails, nurture sequences, audience lists, forms, landing pages, and basic workflows, ensuring campaigns are tested and executed accurately. Maintain marketing operations: Ensure accurate tracking, UTM parameters, lead capture, lead routing, campaign attribution, and database hygiene while documenting and improving repeatable processes, templates, and checklists. Coordinate content and social media: Maintain editorial and social media calendars, draft and adapt content for multiple channels, coordinate blog production with subject-matter experts and external writers, and manage newsletter creation and distribution. Maximize content performance: Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content, expand distribution, improve engagement, and increase conversion across marketing channels. Manage event marketing: Coordinate assigned workstreams for webinars, conferences, and field events, including promotional campaigns, registration pages, attendee communications, collateral, logistics, and vendor coordination. Drive event follow-up and reporting: Ensure accurate attendee and lead data capture, timely lead routing, and follow-up, while measuring registrations, attendance, engagement, opportunities, and pipeline contribution. Support sales enablement: Create and maintain one-pagers, presentations, email templates, case studies, campaign kits, and other resources that help Sales engage prospects effectively. Improve cross-functional execution: Keep projects organized, communicate risks and dependencies early, provide stakeholders with clear next steps, and make recommendations informed by performance data. Contribute to measurable growth: Help increase marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced leads and pipeline while continuously improving campaign accuracy, efficiency, and conversion performance. Requirements Three to four years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a related field. Practical experience executing multichannel marketing campaigns and managing initiatives from planning through launch, measurement, and optimization. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder dependencies independently. Experience with email marketing, content creation, social media, events, lead generation, or other demand-generation activities. Comfort analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution. Excellent writing and editing skills, with careful attention to grammar, accuracy, tone, and audience needs. Proactive communication skills, including the ability to raise questions, flag risks, and clarify dependencies before they affect delivery. A self-directed, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to execute within an established strategy while identifying opportunities for improvement. Professional proficiency in English. Nice to have: Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms, including emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows. Nice to have: Willingness to travel occasionally to events in the United States; travel is beneficial but not required. Ability to work remotely from Mexico or Brazil, with candidates elsewhere in North or South America also welcome to apply. Benefits Monthly compensation: $3,000–$4,000 USD per month. Contract duration: Initial six-month independent contractor engagement, with the possibility of extension. Health coverage: Health insurance included. Fully remote work: Work remotely from Mexico or Brazil, with applications also welcomed from other locations in North or South America. Campaign ownership: Opportunities to manage marketing programs independently and take greater responsibility for campaign strategy execution, performance, and optimization.
