Please note that for this role, C2 Italian proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin. What You Will Do
- Own the Italian Market: Be the PM for IT. Find what is missing and optimize
- Talk to Installers Constantly: Calls, site visits, demos, support tickets. You will know your installers the best
- Push metrics: Improve activation, adoption and retention for IT installers.
- Build for Local Rules: Ship features that fit IT reality, from compliance requirements to the things installers there do differently.
- Make It Reusable: Turn IT solutions into platform features every market can use.
- Set the UX/UI Bar: Review flows before they ship and push back on work that is technically correct but bad to use.
- Challenge and Collaborate: Work closely with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. What Makes You a Great Fit
- Hands-On Experience: 2+ years in product management, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment.
- Outcome driven: You have improved a metric before and can walk us through how you did it.
- Strong Research Skills: You combine qualitative and quantitative research to make informed product decisions.
- Strong Product Taste: You spot weak flows and can say exactly define why it is weak.
- Willingness to Travel: Roughly once per quarter to Italy to meet our customers on site.
