ABOUT THE ROLE Join the go-to-market team at an early-stage AI talent marketplace and build the growth systems that help connect companies with relevant candidates. You will work closely with operations and engineering to turn data, automation, and AI into useful conversations, stronger matches, and measurable growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build signal-based outbound workflows for company and candidate growth, including research, enrichment, qualification, and personalized campaigns.
- Connect enrichment tools, CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms such as Clay, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Use AI and lightweight code to build, debug, and maintain dependable workflows, with human review where judgment matters.
- Own campaign operations, deliverability, CRM hygiene, routing, and reporting.
- Test targeting and messaging against qualified conversations, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
- Partner with product and engineering to turn successful experiments into repeatable systems and playbooks. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience building and owning outbound or revenue systems, with concrete examples of workflows shipped.
- Hands-on experience with enrichment, signal detection, CRM automation, or AI workflows, and the ability to debug how the systems work together.
- Experience building signal-based campaigns from research and qualification through personalized outreach.
- Strong commercial judgment, with evidence of improving qualified conversations, conversion, pipeline, or revenue.
- Experience using APIs, automation platforms, AI, and lightweight code to maintain reliable workflows.
- Clear communication, curiosity, and a willingness to own execution in an early-stage environment. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Compensation is up to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION This is an on-site role based in San Francisco, California, United States.
