ABOUT THE ROLE As a GTM Engineer at a seed-stage AI communications SaaS company, you will own and improve the outbound email engine. You will combine deliverability expertise, persuasive writing, and experimentation to help the business reach qualified prospects and build pipeline. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and operate high-volume email infrastructure across multiple domains and mailboxes, scaling outreach safely.
- Manage deliverability, including domain setup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, bounce hygiene, and inbox placement.
- Write and test personalized cold email copy that sounds human and drives engagement.
- Build prospect lists and data workflows, maintaining list quality, validation, and segmentation.
- Manage outbound workflows across modern marketing technology and CRM platforms, including outreach automation tools.
- Run experiments on messaging, subject lines, send times, and targeting, and use campaign data to improve conversion. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and operating high-volume email outreach infrastructure, including six- or seven-figure monthly sending volumes.
- Expert knowledge of email deliverability, multi-domain and mailbox operations, authentication protocols, warmup, bounce management, and inbox placement.
- Strong cold email writing, list-building, data quality, and conversion optimization skills.
- Experience with modern MarTech and CRM platforms, outreach automation tools such as Smartlead or Instantly, and B2B SaaS outbound workflows.
- Native-level German and fluent English. Must already have local work authorization. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary: €80,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria.
