ABOUT THE ROLE Join the commercial team at an AI-powered procurement software company as a hands-on GTM Lead. You will turn strategic procurement expertise into enterprise opportunities, leading deals from initial conversations through close and activation. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build relationships with C-level executives and procurement leaders at large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany.
- Lead consultative discovery around procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.
- Create and advance commercial opportunities, positioning the platform within customers' strategic procurement programs.
- Run customer and partner workshops that connect procurement challenges to business opportunities.
- Enable sales, business development, and deployment colleagues to engage credibly with procurement stakeholders.
- Represent the company in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Share customer, market, and competitive insights with the product and company teams. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least three years of hands-on experience in strategic procurement, ideally three to five years.
- Experience working with large German enterprises and Mittelstand organizations on strategic procurement topics.
- Experience engaging C-level executives and procurement leaders, not only category managers.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Commercial drive, a strong sense of ownership, and comfort working in a changing environment. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary and meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
