Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Operations Manager based in Switzerland. As a GTM Operations Manager, you will help build and optimize the systems, workflows, and automations that connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that valuable customer signals translate into timely, actionable insights and effective engagement. Working across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-powered tools, you will improve data quality, streamline handoffs, and make customer lifecycle programs more reliable. You will own projects from initial scoping through implementation, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement. This hands-on individual-contributor role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with experienced operations professionals and cross-functional stakeholders. You will join a remote-first, international environment that values ownership, practical problem-solving, continuous learning, and high-quality execution.
Own selected go-to-market workflows end-to-end, translating business needs into practical solutions, defining success metrics, managing implementation, and driving ongoing improvements. Optimize lead and account handoffs by developing and maintaining data enrichment, qualification, routing, alerting, and follow-up processes that ensure timely action and clear ownership. Support customer lifecycle programs in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Growth, including audience segmentation, trigger configuration, exclusions, data synchronization, campaign quality assurance, and performance measurement. Maintain reliable data flows across CRM, marketing automation, customer lifecycle, and product-usage systems. Investigate stale records, duplicates, mismatched relationships, and synchronization failures, coordinating with relevant system and data owners to resolve issues. Build, test, and monitor robust automations, accounting for edge cases, failure scenarios, recovery procedures, and operational reliability. Coordinate significant changes with the appropriate system owners before deployment. Identify and implement AI-powered workflows for enrichment, research, qualification, and quality assurance, evaluating output accuracy, understanding limitations, and measuring improvements in efficiency and quality. Document workflows, maintain up-to-date process guides, support user onboarding, gather stakeholder feedback, and improve adoption. Ensure teammates can understand, operate, and troubleshoot the solutions you build. Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards that track workflow health, handoff effectiveness, campaign execution, data quality, and adoption, collaborating with senior operations colleagues and data specialists to establish consistent metrics. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the GTM operations function by reducing repetitive manual work, clarifying responsibilities, strengthening existing processes, and turning recurring requests into scalable, reusable solutions. Requirements: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in go-to-market, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations, with a track record of delivering practical operational improvements. Practical Salesforce experience, including familiarity with objects, relationships, fields, flows, and data management, as well as the ability to build, configure, or improve system functionality directly. Experience building workflows in a marketing automation platform such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Iterable, including segmentation, triggers, and integrations. Demonstrated experience developing or implementing a useful AI-powered workflow. You should be able to explain the problem addressed, your contribution, how you evaluated the results, what limitations you encountered, and how you improved the solution. A sanitized walkthrough of previous work is welcome; confidential information is not required. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to trace issues across systems, validate assumptions against data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. A strong sense of ownership and accountability, including the ability to manage agreed projects independently, navigate ambiguity, communicate trade-offs, and deliver results without requiring step-by-step direction. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to document processes, communicate decisions clearly, keep stakeholders informed, and translate technical issues into actionable information. High attention to detail, particularly when managing audience definitions, data accuracy, duplicate triggers, routing rules, synchronization processes, and other operational dependencies. Adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to work with unfamiliar tools, adjust priorities when business needs change, and maintain clear communication and reliable follow-through. Strong collaboration skills and a continuous-improvement mindset, with an interest in making operational systems more dependable, scalable, and accessible to the teams that rely on them. Nice to have: Experience in a product-led or usage-based business serving both self-service and sales-assisted customers. Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, customer success, and product-usage platforms. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, webhooks, or lightweight scripting to investigate data issues and connect systems. Experience improving internal tool adoption or replacing recurring manual tasks with reliable, maintainable workflows. Exposure to customer onboarding, product adoption, lifecycle education, or account management and coverage programs. Benefits: Competitive equity package in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by established investors, including Y Combinator. A 10-year exercise window for vested equity options. Fully remote working environment designed to support autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. Four to five weeks of flexible paid time off annually. Access to a paid coworking space. Workspace budget to support a comfortable and productive remote setup. Continuous learning stipend to support professional development and ongoing skills growth. Opportunities to work on impactful systems, modern automation technologies, and AI-driven workflows in an international, collaborative environment. Clear opportunities to develop deeper technical and operational expertise while taking ownership of increasingly complex projects.
