We’re looking for someone who can craft memorable experiences, liaise between departments to ensure flawless service delivery, and handle guest inquiries with grace. Requirements
- Experience of at least 1-2 years in a guest relations or customer-focused role, preferably within luxury hospitality
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous
- An outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns proactively and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
- A passion for providing exceptional service and creating delightful guest experiences
- Results-Oriented Sales Enthusiast
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus
