Guyana’s Ministry of Public Service is the national nomination route for a limited number of Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships in Data Science and Digital Transformation, Climate Smart Agriculture, Structural Engineering, Marine Engineering, and Water and Wastewater Engineering. The CSC funds one-year taught master’s study and provides approved return airfare, full approved tuition fees, a monthly living stipend at current CSC rates, and a study-travel grant, with conditional family and disability support where applicable. Applicants must follow both the Guyana nominator process and the CSC process. Eligibility requirements
For the Guyana nomination stage, applicants need a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. CSC rules additionally require applicants to be citizens of or hold eligible refugee/protected status connected to an eligible Commonwealth country, be permanently resident in an eligible country, be available to begin UK study in September 2027, meet the CSC academic standard, and be unable to afford UK study without the scholarship.
