Provider: Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities The TMCF Scholarships are open to students currently enrolled at HACUs who have completed at least one semester of college. However, bear in mind that each individual scholarship has unique eligibility requirements. Below are just some of the general eligibility requirements for the HACU scholarships. Some of the scholarships may allow non-Hispanic students to apply so long as they attend HACU institutions, but not all.
