Imagine shaping the future of identity security for global enterprises, where your strategic vision directly impacts how organizations protect their most critical assets. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, guiding a pivotal product line and translating complex customer needs into powerful, AI-driven solutions that set the industry standard. What You Will Do Own the customer experience end to end. Set the design vision and own the design system across the identity security portfolio, including IGA, AAG, privileged access, and Zuma. Shape what the interface becomes. Develop a point of view on how software and the people using it will change as work becomes more automated, and turn it into product direction before the briefs are written. Design for trust and control. Define how admins, reviewers, auditors, and end users grant, review, and revoke access, and how they stay informed and in control as more of that work happens on their behalf. Make complexity simple. Turn workflows into experiences that reduce effort and improve decisions. Run a culture of experimentation. Lead rapid UX experiments and AI-assisted prototyping, and use telemetry and research to decide what to scale. Be a hands-on leader who raises the bar. Move between setting direction and building the next version yourself, while setting and enforcing standards for craft, accessibility, and consistency. Partner as an equal with Product, Engineering, and Architecture. Make design a strategic voice in roadmap and architecture decisions. Build design partnerships and grow the team. Work directly with customers, design partners, Sales, and Support to validate concepts early, and hire and coach designers who evolve their craft as tools change. What You Bring Willingness to keep changing how you work. Tools and models shift every few months. You drop workflows that no longer make sense, rebuild your process, and expect your team to do the same. A point of view on where software is going. You have thought seriously about how interfaces will change, and you bring that thinking without waiting to be asked. A maker mentality. You are equally comfortable setting product direction and building the details. A strong voice. You debate the experience with conviction, back it with evidence, and stay open to being wrong. Enterprise and platform design depth. You have designed complex, data-heavy SaaS and technical platform products, including admin and developer-facing experiences. Data-informed practice. You combine research, telemetry, and experimentation to guide decisions. Executive presence. You communicate clearly and persuasively in writing, in presentations, and in the room. Qualifications 15+ years in design or product, with 10+ years leading design or product teams. Direct management of UX designers is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher in Design or a related field, or equivalent experience. Track record of delivering company-critical products and unifying multiple products into one cohesive experience. Experience in enterprise SaaS and technical platform products. Preferred Experience in IAM, IGA, security, or GRC products. Hands-on experience designing AI-powered or agentic experiences
