As Head of Enterprise Business Development, you will drive strategic growth by expanding partnerships with some of the largest veterinary organizations in the country. You will build trusted relationships with senior executives and operational leaders, identifying opportunities to increase platform adoption and deliver measurable business value. This senior, hands-on individual contributor role combines strategic relationship management with direct ownership of complex enterprise sales cycles and ambitious revenue targets. You will lead opportunities from initial discovery through product evaluations, negotiations, and contract close, aligning stakeholders around compelling business solutions. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, you will help shape solutions that address evolving customer needs. You will also influence product strategy, strengthen enterprise sales processes, and contribute to the long-term success of partnerships across a growing technology ecosystem. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of veterinary care through innovative software and customer-focused business development.

Drive enterprise growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships, increase adoption across multiple technology platforms, introduce new solutions, and generate incremental revenue. Own the full sales cycle: Manage enterprise opportunities from discovery and qualification through business case development, product evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution, taking direct responsibility for individual revenue targets. Lead complex buying processes: Coordinate product demonstrations, technical reviews, formal RFPs, and competitive evaluations. Lead regular pipeline reviews, reinforce accountability, and provide executive leadership with clear updates and actionable recommendations. Influence product development: Translate customer feedback, business requirements, and technical needs into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and company leadership. Identify integration requirements and other critical capabilities early enough to inform product priorities and strengthen enterprise proposals. Support long-term customer success: Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams to maintain alignment on customer objectives and agreed commitments. Remain actively involved in strategic relationships to support successful adoption, retention, and future expansion. Build scalable business development practices: Identify successful approaches and translate them into repeatable messaging, processes, and playbooks that improve enterprise engagement, decision-making, and revenue generation. Requirements: Extensive enterprise sales experience: At least seven years of experience in enterprise B2B software sales or business development, with a proven track record of personally closing significant deals and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strategic account development expertise: Demonstrated success building strong enterprise relationships and converting them into substantial new business, including expanding existing partnerships and introducing additional products or services. Complex sales cycle management: Experience leading competitive software evaluations involving formal RFPs, cross-functional buying committees, multiple approval levels, and diverse stakeholder requirements.
