More than 800,000 customers already place their trust in our service. Thanks to our innovative approach, they can secure financial liquidity without having to commit to a long-term arrangement. Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Head of Finance based in Berlin, to start immediately. Your responsibilities: · Managing the finance department · Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) · Ensuring accounts are kept in accordance with regulations · Assisting with bookkeeping, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements · Ensuring and monitoring compliance with all regulatory requirements and supporting internal and external audits · Preparing regular reports and ad hoc analyses based on cost and performance indicators (e.g. target/actual analyses and productivity analyses) · Ensuring that specialist knowledge in the areas of payment transactions, fintech and banking is kept up to date at all times · Cross-border transactions within the EU · Fundraising Your skills: You hold a degree in Business Administration or have completed another relevant qualification You have several years’ relevant professional experience as a manager in the finance sector You have a very good command of English You are familiar with the banking or FinTech sector You have knowledge of the relevant tax laws You have experience with common ERP systems You enjoy working as part of a team What you can expect Currently, the Deutschlandticket Currently, membership of Urban Sports Fresh fruit baskets, cold and hot drinks An international environment with a dynamic, committed and supportive team An office right next to the main railway station, designed in the style of a co-working space Working from home is possible A secure job in a company that has enjoyed a steady track record of success since its foundation in 2011 If you’re motivated and keen to play your part in our success story in this role of responsibility, you should apply straight away.
