Partner with market and game-title owners, Product, and Data teams to translate commercial objectives into campaigns that can be executed efficiently and measured accurately. Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and rapidly adjust strategies to maximize profitability and sustainable customer growth. Balance long-term growth planning with hands-on execution, including campaign launches, audience development, creative briefs, and performance analysis. Requirements: At least 6 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing within gaming, e-commerce, consumer applications, or a similar digital business. Demonstrated success managing paid user acquisition at scale and building CRM or lifecycle marketing programs, with measurable results across CAC, ROAS, retention, and reactivation. Strong analytical skills and experience using mobile measurement partners (MMPs), such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, alongside analytics and performance reporting tools. Proven ability to design, evaluate, and interpret experiments, understand attribution and incrementality, and make decisions based on unit economics. Strong creative judgment and an understanding of performance marketing creative, including the ability to develop briefs and establish effective creative testing processes. A high degree of ownership, commercial awareness, and accountability for marketing performance and business outcomes. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment and collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams. At least 2 years of team management experience is preferred.
