ABOUT THE ROLE Own the top-of-funnel growth engine for an early-stage legaltech company serving startups. Reporting to the CEO, you will build and run growth across outbound, organic, earned, and partner channels, helping scale the customer base and laying the groundwork for a future growth team. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own pipeline generation, define and refine the ideal customer profile, and instrument the funnel end to end.
- Build and run multi-channel outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, warm introductions, and startup networks.
- Create founder-facing content, share customer stories, and shape the company voice across platforms.
- Develop referral and partnership channels with investors, accelerators, and other startup-serving organizations.
- Plan community events and represent the company at workshops and industry gatherings.
- Build data and automation workflows, test growth experiments regularly, and systematize successful approaches.
- Help hire and develop the first growth team members as the function expands. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 6 years of growth or go-to-market experience, including hands-on pipeline generation at an early-stage startup.
- Experience selling to or growing a customer base of technology companies and startups.
- Practical experience with CRM, enrichment and sequencing tools, AI and LLM workflows, no-code automation, and Slack.
- Strong writing skills for cold emails, social posts, landing pages, and event invitations.
- A self-directed, builder-oriented approach, with scripting or no-code skills and experience representing a brand in person or online.
- U.S. work authorization is required. Visa sponsorship is not available. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $125,000 to $175,000 USD annually. The role also offers uncapped performance-based upside. LOCATION Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States.
