Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of North America based in the United States. The Head of North America will lead the expansion of a growing creative analytics business across the North American market, building the commercial operation from the ground up. This entrepreneurial leadership role combines strategic market development with hands-on sales execution, giving you ownership of revenue, partnerships, hiring, and regional growth. You will engage directly with senior decision-makers across advertising agencies, global brands, and digital advertising platforms to establish long-term commercial relationships. By connecting creative insights with media performance and business outcomes, you will help clients make smarter advertising decisions and improve campaign effectiveness. Working closely with international teams, you will shape the regional strategy, establish the foundations for sustainable growth, and represent the business across the industry. This fully remote opportunity is suited to a commercially driven leader who thrives in startup environments and is motivated by building a market presence with meaningful ownership and upside.

As the regional commercial leader, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling the North American business, driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a strong local presence. Your main responsibilities will include: Commercial strategy and revenue ownership: Develop and execute the North American commercial strategy, establish revenue targets, and take full ownership of regional business performance. Full-cycle sales execution: Personally manage the complete B2B sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing, targeting agencies and brand advertisers across sectors such as consumer goods, retail, finance, technology, gaming, direct-to-consumer, and travel. Market expansion: Build the regional operation from the ground up, establishing the processes, relationships, and operational foundations required for sustainable growth. Strategic partnerships: Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with major advertising holding companies, independent and mid-sized agencies, brand advertisers, and advertising platform partners. Revenue generation: Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and close complex commercial agreements that support regional growth. Team building: Recruit and develop the team needed to support the expansion of the North American business. Industry representation: Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, partner engagements, and other relevant forums to strengthen market visibility and credibility. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with global teams in Tel Aviv and London across product, marketing, and delivery to ensure North American customers receive excellent support and service. Customer and market insights: Bring feedback from regional customers and partners to internal teams to inform product development, positioning, and commercial priorities. Operational leadership: Establish the relationships, workflows, and execution standards necessary to build an effective and scalable regional operation. Requirements: The ideal candidate will combine extensive advertising or commercial experience with a strong North American industry network, a proven record of closing high-value deals, and the entrepreneurial mindset needed to build a business from an early stage. Key qualifications include: Professional experience: 10+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, sales, or a related commercial field, including significant experience in one or more of the following: Advertising sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership at a major advertising platform such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, or Snap. Senior commercial or growth leadership within a major advertising holding company or a mid-sized agency. Senior commercial experience at an adtech, martech, or creative technology provider selling to agencies and brand advertisers. Established industry network: An active network of contacts across North American advertising agencies, brand advertisers, and relevant industry partners, with the ability to initiate conversations and build relationships from day one. Proven sales performance: A demonstrated track record of negotiating and closing complex B2B agreements with annual contract values in the six- and seven-figure ranges. Hands-on commercial leadership: Confidence and willingness to personally own the full sales cycle, rather than relying exclusively on a sales team to generate and close opportunities. Entrepreneurial mindset: A strong commitment to startup environments, with an understanding that success depends on building operations, creating opportunities, and taking ownership rather than relying on established corporate structures. Strategic and operational skills: The ability to develop market-entry strategies, build pipelines, establish partnerships, and translate commercial objectives into measurable results. Relationship management: Strong executive communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Cross-functional collaboration: The ability to work effectively with international teams across product, marketing, and customer delivery. Additional advantages: Experience launching a regional operation from scratch, established executive relationships with major advertising holding companies and leading brands, or familiarity with creative intelligence, advertising measurement, creative production, and digital advertising platform algorithms. Benefits: The compensation package is designed to combine competitive pay with performance-based rewards, equity participation, and the opportunity to build a regional business with substantial ownership. Competitive base salary: Benchmarked against the North American market for a role at this level. The exact salary range is not specified. Revenue-based commission: Commission directly tied to North American revenue delivered, paid according to a defined schedule. Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP): Equity participation in a growing, well-funded business, with a four-year vesting schedule, a one-year cliff, and quarterly vesting thereafter. Vesting begins on the employment start date. Founding leadership opportunity: Join as a founding member of the North American operation, with meaningful responsibility, ownership, and potential upside. Fully remote work: Work remotely while helping establish and expand the regional business. Business travel: Travel as needed to build relationships, develop partnerships, attend industry events, and grow the North American market presence. International collaboration: Work with global teams and contribute to the expansion of a creative analytics solution across multiple markets.
