Head of Sales

This role will lead and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on expanding access to consumer financial protection products. You will own the strategy, operating model, and performance engine across multiple sales teams and management layers. The position combines hands-on sales leadership with long-term organizational design, including hiring, coaching, staffing, compensation, and sales process development. You will use data and customer insights to improve performance, establish clear accountability, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Finance will be essential as you develop new sales motions and experimentation strategies.
