HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATE Location: Chicago, IL Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks an Associate for our Healthcare department in the firm’s Chicago Office. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must have a mix of healthcare related transactional and regulatory experience, including a working knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
  • Experience with transactions involving private equity funds or portfolio companies is a plus.
  • Candidates must have a strong academic record, and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
  • Illinois bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Illinois bar is required. The right candidate for this position will be entrepreneurial, eager to work directly with partners and clients, and excited to be part of a team handling a busy national healthcare practice.
