Provider: Helping Hands for Single Moms This scholarship is open to legally single/divorced mothers residing in the DFW area with at least one child under age 11. Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of nine credit hours per semester and attend regularly scheduled meetings in addition to meeting the below eligibility requirements.
