Job Description & Responsibilities

The Bassett Regional Cancer Program has been continuously accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center since 1947 and the American Society of Clinical Oncology since 2021. The program is also a member of the ECOG-ACRIN with close to 30 years of participation in NCI and sponsored clinical trials. The program has a collaborative and multidisciplinary model, which includes onsite Radiation Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, Pathologists and Radiologists, including an active weekly tumor board. The program has a comprehensive support team that includes Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Financial Counselors, a Nutritionist and Palliative Care Practitioners.Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians

  • 1:6 shared remote call
  • Dedicated inpatient oncologist
  • Outpatient only

Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • MD, DO or MBBS
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Completion of an accredited USA Hematology-Oncology Fellowship
  • NYS Licensure
  • BLS Certification Required
  • DEA Required

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $625,000 - $708,000 based on a 4-day work week.

  • This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards

  • Sign-On Bonus: up to $200,000

  • Fellowship Stipend: up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation.
