Looking around, he noticed something striking: so many of the women in his life — his mom, his sister, his friends — wanted to get fitter, lose weight, and build muscle, but kept running into the same wall. They didn't have the time, the motivation, or the consistency to make the gym work. The idea hit him during his own workout. He was using resistance bands and thought: what if these were built into everyday clothing? What if women could get the benefits of resistance training passively — while walking the kids to school, cooking dinner, or sitting at their desk? Fitness without the extra time or effort. The idea was personal too. Christian was a difficult kid growing up and put his mom through a lot. She barely had time for herself, let alone the gym.
