The e3 programme's 2027 university-recommendation route is linked to the Next-Generation Green Transformation Leader Development Program. The first screening includes document review and an interview with a prospective supervisor; shortlisted applicants proceed to a nomination-committee screening. Scholarship nomination and e3 admission are separate procedures, and nominated candidates must later complete the e3 Special Selection for graduate admission.
