Full job description
Lead day-to-day resort operations, coordinate department heads, support guest experience and people leadership, manage budgets and performance, drive service and revenue objectives, and work closely with the General Manager on strategy and execution.
Requirements & qualifications
The employer seeks at least five years in senior leadership within luxury or upscale hospitality, strong Rooms Division experience, tertiary hospitality qualifications, P&L capability, and familiarity with Opera, revenue-management and hotel operating systems.
