We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Fulfillment Human Resources Team. This individual will report into our HR Manager and will be responsible for supporting core human resource functions and crafting the employee experience . They will also partner closely with the General Manager, Leadership Team, and HR Department to foster a positive and productive work environment. Role Type:  Full-Time, Exempt Location:  Columbus, OH (on-site) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET Base Salary:  The expected starting salary for the position is $58,000 to $72,500 within a full position range of $58,000 to $ 87,000 annually. This range reflects the long-term earning potential for the role. Our starting pay practice is the minimum to middle portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, consistent with applicable law and it is rare for a new hire to start above the midpoint. Responsibilities: Conduct floor walks, listening sessions, and employee check-ins to maintain a visible, trusted HR presence on the floor. Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for employee concerns, resolving routine issues independently and escalating complex, high-risk, or precedent-setting matters to HR leadership. Conduct routine employee relations investigations, gathering relevant information and partnering with HR leadership on appropriate resolution. Coach supervisors and managers on the consistent application of company policies, attendance expectations, performance management, corrective action, and employee relations practices. Support supervisors with corrective actions and related documentation. Facilitate new hire onboarding and HR training for site employees and leaders. Support engagement, recognition, and retention activities at the site. Track recurring employee concerns and identify patterns, escalating trends to HR leadership as appropriate. Reinforce HR self-service tools and direct employees to the appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) for specialized needs. Support talent, performance, and communication processes at the site. Serve as the primary onsite HR point of contact when the HR Manager is unavailable, independently addressing routine employee and leadership needs while appropriately escalating complex, high-risk, or precedent-setting matters to HR leadership or the appropriate HR partner. Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee and proprietary company information. All other responsibilities as assigned by the SupplyHouse Leadership Team. Requirements: 3 years of experience in a Human Resources position A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field Experience working onsite at a fulfillment center, distribution center, or similarly operational/field environment Exceptional organizational skills with a knack of juggling multiple priorities and strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion Proficiency with various HR systems and tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace Strong task management skills with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment  Preferred Qualifications: HR Certification SHRM, HRCI A strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws Why work with us:   We have awesome benefits – We offer a wide variety of benefits to help support you and your loved ones.
