HVAC Apprentice Location: Pittsburgh, PA Launch Your HVAC Career with Sullivan Super Service! Ready to learn a trade that's always in demand? At Sullivan Super Service, we're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals who want to build a long-term career in residential HVAC. If you're mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities to help you grow into a skilled HVAC Technician. No two days are the same, and every day is a chance to learn something new while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your success. What You'll Do Assist Lead HVAC Technicians with residential service, maintenance, and equipment installations. Learn how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems. Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment. Safely use tools, equipment, and materials while following company safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle. Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Sullivan Super Service professionally in customers' homes. Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training and mentorship. What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Dependable, punctual, and coachable. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. EPA Certification is a plus but not required.
