Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment. Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures. Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes. Complete work orders using company software. Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training. Qualifications for the HVAC Service Apprentice/Helper Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required. A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn. Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions. Are You Ready for a Change?
