The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to support implementation research on strategies to improve the uptake, implementation, sustainment, scale and/or spread of evidence-based prevention, treatment, and care interventions in communities in the U.S. significantly impacted by HIV. Projects should be large in scale with high potential for research and public health impact. Specifically, large single site studies, multi-site studies, and comparative studies are encouraged as scientifically appropriate.

Eligible applicants Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments); Private institutions of higher education; For profit organizations other than small businesses; Independent school districts; Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized); Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities; Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; State governments; Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Public and State controlled institutions of higher education; City or township governments; County governments; Special district governments; Small businesses; Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification)
