Full job description

Job Purpose: - To manage and optimize end-to-end outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatches, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, cost control, and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :- Dispatch Adherence, Inventory Accuracy, Freight Cost per Shipment, Premium Freight Cost, Transportation Efficiency, Customer Complaint Closure, Transit Damage Rate, Warehouse Productivity, SAP Process Compliance, Audit Compliance Score

Qualifications and requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience: - Automotive, Auto Components, Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering Products, Process Industries.

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Required Skills & Competencies :-

• Strong knowledge of Outbound Logistics & Supply Chain Operations.
• Expertise in WMS/SAP (SD/MM/WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Inventory Management and Transportation Planning.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Root Cause Analysis & CAPA.
• Team Management and Leadership
• Data Analysis and Reporting (Excel, Power BI preferred).
• Negotiation and Vendor Management.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
