The scholarship covers full programme tuition, student services fees, visa-related fees including medical check-up and takaful coverage, and a RM2,500 monthly stipend for three years. For the January 2027 PhD intake, the international-applicant deadline is 30 September 2026, while Malaysian applicants have until 10 January 2027.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants need outstanding academic merit and publication, with a minimum master's CGPA of 3.50 or equivalent; an offer of admission to an INCEIF PhD programme in full-time mode; no other financial aid or scholarship; demonstrated potential to finish within the stipulated timeline; and ability to work as a Graduate Academic Assistant.
