Verified on the official UNESCO Careers page, which displayed Apply now, a six-month consultant contract in Nairobi, external-candidate eligibility and the stated deadline of 3 September 2026 at midnight UTC+3. Because the wording 'midnight' can be interpreted differently by systems, the normalized deadline is left null and the exact source wording is preserved in deadline_text.
