Inecobank’s 30Master program is accepting Armenia-based applicants admitted to approved master’s programs abroad, with tuition funding and, in some cases, accommodation support of up to AMD 40 million per person.

The 30Master component of Inecobank’s education initiative is designed to support 30 specialists and future leaders pursuing master’s study at universities on the bank’s approved Top 5–500 list. Funding is for tuition and, in certain cases, may also include accommodation, with total support capped at AMD 40,000,000 per selected student. Accommodation cannot be funded on its own. Priority fields published by the bank include education and EdTech, art and culture, architecture, public health, strategic communication and marketing, advanced engineering and high-tech, data science and digital policy, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, law, and economic policy and development economics. The bank says applications have been open since November 2025 and remain open for about one year because overseas master’s calendars differ.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must already hold an official admission letter for an eligible master’s program at a university on Inecobank’s approved list and the university/field must fit the bank’s program criteria. Primary residence must be in Armenia and applicants must hold Armenian citizenship or permanent residency. Applicants already studying abroad may apply for funding for a subsequent year if they previously lived in Armenia, have at least one full academic year remaining, and intend to return to Armenia. The program is aimed at candidates who plan to apply their education and experience to Armenia’s development.
