You'll own relationships and content from identifying and onboarding creators through to reviewing final videos, working directly with the Marketing Team to build the playbook as you go. • Influencer management: Identifying, onboarding, and briefing approximately 30 nano influencers
• Content coordination: Managing timelines and deliverables for 2–3 videos per creator, on brief and on schedule
• Quality control: Reviewing submitted content for brand alignment, quality, and campaign messaging
• Social media support: Scheduling, posting, and monitoring campaign content across platforms
• Performance tracking: Flagging what's working and what needs adjusting during the campaign
• Record keeping: Maintaining influencer agreements, contact details, and content status for full team visibility Our Approach 🚀

• We give real ownership over relationships and content from day one What You Need We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in social media, content, and influencer marketing, who follows trends before they're trends. You'll need strong organisational skills to juggle around 30 relationships and dozens of deliverables at once, comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous setting. Required Experience:
• Genuine interest in social media, content, and influencer marketing
• Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple relationships and deliverables simultaneously
• Clear, professional written communication for briefing and coordinating with external creators
• A keen eye for content quality and brand fit
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
