You'll lead the project controls function, overseeing scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management, and change control across complex capital projects. You'll establish, maintain, and enforce project controls processes that align with project governance requirements and corporate standards. You'll manage project performance against approved budgets, financial baselines, and key performance indicators, partnering closely with project leadership and finance teams. You'll develop and maintain project forecasts, cash flow analyses, cost reports, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making. You'll oversee schedule development, progress tracking, critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessments to ensure project milestones are achieved. You'll integrate cost, schedule, and risk data to provide a comprehensive view of project health, trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. You'll lead change management activities, evaluating impacts to scope, schedule, and cost while ensuring adherence to established change control processes. You'll maintain project risk registers, facilitate mitigation planning, and proactively monitor risk response actions throughout the project lifecycle. You'll prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance analyses to stakeholders, steering committees, and senior leadership. You'll ensure compliance with project management frameworks, financial policies, quality standards, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the project controls organization. Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, including experience supporting regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, cleanroom, or manufacturing facilities 7 years in senior leadership roles managing large project controls teams

Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-contractor programs with significant budgets Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, cost management systems, and project performance analytics tools Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, construction sequencing, and design-development processes Proven leadership capabilities managing large multidisciplinary teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, presentations, and stakeholder engagement Advanced Autodesk, Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization and forecasting tools Strategic thinker, team leader, adaptable, detail-oriented, and collaborative across functional areas
