Harnessing our innovative technologies and strong partnerships, we aim to make travel easy and rewarding for everyone.   Get to Know our Team:     The  Infrastructure Platform Development  team builds and maintains the foundational infrastructure layer that powers all Agoda’s services. Running on over 25,000 server instances and hundreds of Kubernetes clusters, we design and develop systems that enable seamless virtualization, multi-tenant compute platforms and software-defined networking and storage. From building custom Kubernetes operators and automating bare metal provisioning to integrating one of the largest OpenStack private clouds in Asia and managing large-scale monitoring with OpenTelemetry, we work with cutting-edge technologies to deliver scalable, reliable and automated solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape a modern infrastructure platform that evolves to meet the demands of Agoda’s fast-paced, dynamic business landscape.     The Opportunity:   Our  Infrastructure Platform Development  team in Bangkok is seeking a  Software Developer  to help us in design, build, scale and maintain Agoda's internal infrastructure platforms.  This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and enhancing our self-built infrastructure management system, as well as creating tools and scripts to interact with core components like OpenStack and Kubernetes.   This role is a 10 - month contract  based in Bangkok, Thailand   If you are passionate about infrastructure system management and eager to work with modern technologies in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!   In this Role, You'll Get To:   Design, develop and implement your own ideas to contribute to Agoda’s infrastructure platform, with a main  focus on maintaining  and enhancing our self-built  infrastructure management system.   Work on interesting challenges unique to the modern platform infrastructure we maintain, including  scaling ,  reliability  and  automation   Interact with technologies such as  OpenStack ,  Kubernetes,  OpenTelemetry   and other industry-leading tools to build and optimize our infrastructure.   What you’ll Need to Succeed:     Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science  or related fields.    Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!   Excellent  collaboration  and  communication skills  (working language is  English )   Programming experience in a modern language (preferably Python or Go), academic or professional.   Basic knowledge of Development ecosystems like  Git  and  Docker   High sense of  ownership ,  self-driven  mindset and willingness to  learn   Comfortable working in the  Linux command line  environment including  Bash  scripting     It’s great if you have:     Experience in using modern CI/CD   systems ( GitLab  or  GitHub Actions ) and creating CI/CD pipelines with configuration as code (e.g., YAML, Bash)   Expertise in managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters or OpenStack environments.   Advanced Docker knowledge, including creating  Dockerfiles , building  multi-stage  builds and  troubleshooting  complex container-related issues.   Experience with hardware management APIs such as  Redfish, ILO, DRAC  or similar   Knowledge of physical architecture at scale, including building resilient, highly available and fault-tolerant systems.     #Bangkok #IT #entrylevel       Please review our Hiring Process Guidelines before your interview — click here to learn how interviewing at Agoda works.     Discover more about working at Agoda Agoda Careers  https://careersatagoda.com Facebook  https://www.facebook.com/agodacareers/ LinkedIn  https://www.linkedin.com/company/agoda YouTube  https://www.youtube.com/agodalife   Equal Opportunity Employer  At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
