Full job description

Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. ABOUT THE ROLE This role owns the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets, with the goal of generating and accelerating pipeline for the business. You will concept and drive campaigns that span the full marketing funnel as well as drive the localization and regional adaptation of integrated campaigns for international markets. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and execute integrated campaigns for key audiences that extend across all stages of the marketing funnel – building awareness, generating leads, accelerating pipeline, and driving renewals/expansions.
  • Bring sophisticated, multi-channel expertise to deliver campaigns via digital, web, email, online events, direct mail, social, events, sales plays, and more, all in partnership with functional and regional teams.
  • Own campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign on pipeline, revenue, target account penetration, and the demand funnel. Share learnings regularly to improve overall campaign efficacy.
  • Establish and maintain the campaign plan and calendar, as well as individual campaign timelines. Coordinate deliverable schedules across marketing and consolidate into a cohesive campaign timeline.
  • Localize campaign messaging, content, offers, CTAs, and promotional plans so they resonate with local audiences, buying behaviors, and market conditions.
  • Ensure campaign assets are consistent with brand and product positioning while remaining flexible enough for regional needs.
  • Build and run a scalable ABM engine to support Cursor’s most strategic opportunities, creating coordinated plays that support complex deal cycles while helping the team focus time and resources where they can have the biggest commercial impact.
  • Partner with Sales, Field, and product teams on high-priority accounts to develop bespoke campaign support — including executive content, follow-up programs, and multi-touch engagement plans.
  • Create repeatable processes and programs that help multithread into large accounts, reach additional stakeholders and business units, and strengthen Cursor’s position across complex enterprise buying groups. YOU MAY BE A FIT IF
  • You’ve built integrated B2B campaigns across multiple channels and know how to connect content, email, digital, field, and sales motions into cohesive, high-impact motions.
  • You know how to turn a campaign idea into a real operating plan — from narrative and audience strategy through asset development, launch, field enablement, lead follow-up, and reporting.
  • You can take complex, ambiguous problems and bring structure, clarity, and a clear recommendation.
  • You’re comfortable working across both global strategy and regional execution, and can adapt campaigns thoughtfully for different markets without losing the core narrative.
  • You have strong instincts for what makes enterprise campaigns resonate with senior technical and business buyers.
  • You thrive in creative, fast-paced environments where original thinking and bias to action are celebrated.
  • You can shift between air cover demand generation and more targeted programs for strategic accounts, named accounts, and priority verticals.
  • You balance thoughtful dedication to quality with a clear focus on impact and ability to execute with sharp, decisive speed. EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
  • You have 8+ years of experience owning integrated campaign strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company.
  • You have a proven track record of building campaigns for enterprise audiences, including technical decision-makers, executives, and complex buying groups.
  • You have localized and adapted campaigns for international markets, especially across EMEA and/or APAC.
  • You have owned pipeline goals in the past, and have experience using pipeline, engagement, and revenue signals to optimize campaign performance. You iterate continuously, quickly adapting to new signals, business priorities, and shifts in the market.
  • You have experience running ABM / strategic-account programs that support multithreading, expansion, or deal acceleration.
  • You bring a sharp understanding of the AI market and technical buyer personas (CTOs, CIOs, Senior Engineering leaders) to develop campaign activation plans.
