Overview

The Company You’ll Join

Full job description

The Company You’ll Join Carta is the connected platform and AI-native ecosystem for private capital. Built to replace fragmented tools with a single system of record, Carta brings together the software, services, and legal infrastructure that founders use to manage equity, fund managers use to run administration and reporting, and legal teams use to close transactions. Trusted by 55,000 companies and 1.8M+ equity holders in 160+ countries, and 10,000 funds and SPVs representing $250B+ in assets under management, Carta is transforming how private capital operates. Recognized by Fortune, Forbes, Fast Company, Inc. and Great Places to Work. For more information about our offices and culture, check out our Carta careers page . The Problems You'll Solve Build Carta’s brand and the pipeline that comes with it: Own the campaigns that make Carta a known name with PE firms, VC firms and founders across the UK and Europe. You’ll turn a broad product range (cap tables, fund administration, portfolio analytics, SPVs and more) into clear, memorable messaging for each audience, then take it to market through integrated campaigns, product launches and regional plays. Share accountability for pipeline, not just awareness: The European marketing team is measured on inbound leads and qualified opportunities. You’ll plan campaigns with that target in mind and show what each one contributed,  Win over cross-functional teams: You’ll work with content, brand, events, web, product and sales, each with their own priorities. Your job is to get them behind one plan through clear thinking and strong relationships, so that every team is pushing the same message to the same audience. Own campaigns from first idea to post-mortem: You’ll set the plan, timeline and budget, deliver on all three, and report honestly on what worked and what didn’t. We want someone who learns from a campaign that underperformed and changes what they do next. Understand what keeps each audience up at night: A PE fund finance lead in Luxembourg, a VC partner raising their second fund and a founder who has just closed a round all worry about different things. You’ll work with our sales team and customers to find out what those worries are, then turn them into campaigns that set Carta apart from the competition. The Impact You’ll Have You’ll drive qualified pipeline across the UK and Europe by building Carta’s brand with PE firms, VC firms and founders, and shape how Carta engages the investor ecosystem. The Team You'll Work With Carta is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our European marketing team based in London. Carta expanded to Europe in 2022, and we are building a world-class team to support the startup and investor ecosystem across Europe. You will join a dynamic and diverse group of people who are responsible for Carta’s expansion across the region. This role reports to the Head of Marketing for EMEA/APAC and will have the opportunity to develop and execute integrated campaigns, and shape Carta’s presence across the UK and Europe. About You 6+ years of experience running strategically led marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate demand. Proven track record of tying campaigns to pipeline, with examples of campaigns that led to measurable commercial results Demonstrated ability to own a specific audience segment, managing their end-to-end brand experience across all channels based on a deep understanding of their unique needs Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Strategic thinker who can also execute with attention to detail and creativity Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience localising messaging to regional audiences Forward-thinking approach to technology, using AI as a force multiplier to automate routine tasks and focus on high-impact strategy Disclosures: We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a positive interview experience for every candidate. If accommodations due to a disability or medical condition are needed, please connect with the talent partner via email.  Carta uses E-Verify in the United States for employment authorization.
