Support the creation, maintenance and adherence of work instructions for proper inventory control transactions Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to ensure that they are accurate and conducted within the appropriate timeframe(s) Conduct inventory cycle counts in a perpetual inventory environment Coordinate the cycle count process and monitor the results to identify if recounts are required and/or adjustments to our standard work should be explored Report audit/cycle count results to LPIM and Site Leadership Perform thorough research and document material/insert/component inventory discrepancies, collaborating with the appropriate internal partners (Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, etc.) to identify root causes and provide potential solutions Monitor warehouse transfers for accuracy as directed by the Logistics, Planning and Inventory Manager As (one of) the key personnel responsible for monitoring and maintaining ‘Lot Traceability,’ the Inventory Analyst communicates any concerns or opportunities for improvement to the LPIM Support the Sales/Procurement Team(s) when material change requests are made Provide assessments of material/insert/component consumption, from our various Internal Partners Collaborate with Logistics (Receiving) on “Mystery Materials,” and material return requests Lead and support the periodic efforts for Mold Destruction and Material Disposal Work with Customer Service, Planning, Operations, etc., to ensure Molds, Material, Parts (and more) are properly scrapped/removed from our system(s) Responsible for the process of monitoring and maintaining process for expired Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) material – disposing/dispositioning as appropriate

Associate degree in business, materials management or equivalent/applicable experience 3-5 years in inventory control, including warehouse exposure Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Attention to detail is paramount Able to be licensed to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, overhead crane, etc.) Proficient in MS Office Suite – particularly in Excel/Outlook Must be punctual and have good attendance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Collaborative approach required, with regular interaction between various departments (Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service Representatives, Sales, etc.)

Curiosity-based problem-solving skillset (root-cause analysis) APICS certification preferred WMS/DMS/ERP systems experience MS AX or Dynamics 365 a ‘super bonus’ Salesforce proficiency Understanding or experience with external and/or internal audits Lean experience and/or certification ISO and/or ITAR familiarity DOMO experience
