The two-year fixed-term role covers IT-team leadership, policies and regulatory compliance, websites and in-house applications, vendor management, requirements, UAT, stakeholder training, project documentation and financial workflows. Requirements & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, at least 10 years of programming/system-development experience, IT-team/project leadership experience and excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
