As part of the IT Governance team, you shape secure, efficient, and user-friendly access across the SEB Kort Group. In this role, you will connect business needs, IT asset ownership, and operational execution to ensure structured, compliant, and reliable access management processes. Working closely with stakeholders and our provisioning team in Vilnius, you will help drive transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement through smart workflows, clear templates, and effective collaboration. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to additional tasks and topics within the IT Governance team as needed. About the role In this role, you will manage and continuously enhance access management services across the SEB Kort Group, ensuring that access requests are handled in a structured, compliant, and efficient way across teams and systems. Key Responsibilities Own and coordinate access management services across the SEB Kort Group, serving as the central point of contact for access-related topics
