This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Jr. - Social Media Manager based in United States. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, social-first team supporting major television and streaming entertainment campaigns. You will help develop and execute creative social strategies designed to engage passionate audiences and build communities around high-profile content. The role combines content creation, copywriting, community management, campaign planning, and performance reporting. You’ll collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into engaging social experiences across established and emerging platforms. The position offers hands-on exposure to entertainment marketing, talent activations, digital campaigns, and audience engagement. It is well suited to a creative, organized, and culturally aware social media professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. With structured training and opportunities to work across departments, the role provides strong potential for professional growth.

Manage day-to-day community engagement across social media platforms, responding to audiences and helping maintain an active, engaging brand presence. Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns for television and streaming entertainment properties. Ideate content themes, creative concepts, and recurring content buckets tailored to individual projects and audiences. Write engaging social copy and adapt tone, voice, and messaging to suit different entertainment brands and campaigns. Publish and schedule content across major social platforms, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. Build detailed content calendars and campaign timelines to coordinate social activity and deliverables. Develop strategies for talent activations, sweepstakes, contests, and other digital audience activations. Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas to campaigns across the broader organization. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting and analytics to evaluate results and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements Previous experience working with major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter, as well as emerging platforms such as TikTok. Experience supporting social media campaigns within the entertainment, television, streaming, or related media industries. Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content and adapt messaging for different audiences, brands, and tones of voice. Strong understanding of social media culture, trends, audience behavior, and platform-specific content practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate confidently with clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to developing new social concepts and audience engagement opportunities. Availability to work Monday through Friday, generally from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, with occasional evening and weekend work as required. Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.; international remote work is not available for this position. Benefits Hourly compensation of $16.83–$24.04 , depending on experience, responsibilities, expertise, and location. Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees, with 40% of dependent premium costs covered. Employer-paid life insurance. Tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA). 401(k) plan with automatic enrollment at 3% of salary and a full employer match on the first 3% contributed, with contributions fully vested.
